pdfhq is operated by "IH Tech" SP, a sole proprietorship registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina with its seat in Sarajevo.
Its identification number (JIB) is 4303777290000 and its VAT number is 303777290000. Both are registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is outside the European Union, so neither of them is an EU VAT identification number.
Is pdfhq part of anything larger?
It is one of several products "IH Tech" SP builds and runs. The company itself is at ihtech.ba.
Who is responsible for the content?
"IH Tech" SP is responsible for everything published here, including the guides and the methodology page. Responsibility sits with the company rather than with a named individual: the company is the entity you can look up in a register and write to.
How do I get in touch?
Write to info@ihtech.ba. A mistake in a guide, a tool that will not open your file and a legal notice all go to the same address, and all of them are read by a person.
There is also the contact form, which files your message straight with the people who maintain the tools.
What about the tools and the links?
The tools are provided as they are, without a warranty that a given file will convert, compress or repair the way you hoped. Check any result before you rely on it and keep your original, which is easy here because nothing overwrites it: we never had it.
